Synthetic biology of plant signaling circuits


We are a 'hybrid' laboratory that combines theory and experiments. Our main interest is a quantitative understanding how dynamics of plant hormone signalling circuits shapes plant architecture. Currently, the lab focuses on the organogenesis and hormone-driven plant patterning. We work with multilevel computer model simulations, synthetic biology experiments and miniature, lab-on-chip (LOC) microfluidic devices
